Greetings,
I am Princess Etheria Zander. My mother is the Queen Esmerelda Zander, of the Wild Coast and headmistress of The Wizards Academy. I hold the title of princess, but I will never become Queen, as my little sister Ishtar will inherit the throne.
I am an Ageless. This means that although I look human, I will outlive most Elves, Dwarves and many Dragons. My race has an average life span of 4500 years. I have currently lived about 100 years...many in hiding. My family also seems to have a nack for that new school of magic, chronomancy, as well as a tendency to attract lots of trouble.
I am one of the founding members of The Young Ones Trading company of Waterdeep. We are a small band of Zanders who trade in exotic goods from all the know realms. These realms include Oearth, Toril, as well as many other worlds.
I am a woman of considerable beauty. I stand around five and a half feet tall, have silken brown hair that frames my youthful features. I am currently wearing a ridding dress of a deep emerald green befitting a traveling noble, sable-fur trimmed cloak is of the finest black material. At my side I wear a finely crafted shortsword with matching dagger on the opposite, and usally in my arms, laying quietly, is a young white kitten.
Now, I like to argue, mostly with my Cousin-Sister Crystal. Over whether we are Sister-Cousins or Cousin-Sisters since we share the same father but our mothers are sisters. Don't ask about my family, we are quite in-bread.
My sign, actually my blazon, is of a Black Hourglass lying Sinister on Gold Lightning Bolts Crossed on a field of Ermin. Never trush anyone who carries an hourglass emblazened on a shield...they are usally my family.
My first great adventure...it was with the founding of The Young Ones. If you would like to read about them contact our archivist, and he will send a runner to you with the first few chronicals of our adventures.
We started out after a great atrocity in our homeland's grand Temple to or beloved Goddess, Ishtar. We then travelled from our homes to Shadowdale, and then on to Arabel, where we purchased our charter and badge. Then we travelled on to Waterdeep. From there it gets really interesting, but I'll not give away the rest. Suffice it to say we had lots of FUN!
After returning, I came across a place called the Inn of the Open Flame, while researching a spell in my mother's library. It seems that she once traveled with a great, yet short, Hobbit by the name of Attilla near a place called Stonegrip Keep. When I went scrying upon this personage, I found that he was (and is still) currently residing at the Inn. Since then I have become a semi-regular.
Sometimes I just recount the tales my mother taught me about the worlds, from her vast experiences, as they all seem to have a bearing upon the topic at hand, from her point of view at least.
At the Inn we discuss the philosophies of the multiverse. People who seem to be gods speak of things such as dye-ce and hand books, others touch upon the adventures they have had, while still others seem to be completely omnipitant when it comes to their part of the multi-verse.
As for a drink, Elven (Fey) Wine or something we call MiniBear Wine (it is usally mixed at 50% MBW and 50% water, otherwise it would be lethal). My motto is: The more potent, the better!
